The Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) is a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis. RBTs assist in delivering behavior-analytic services and practice under the direction and close supervision of an RBT Supervisor (BCBA/BCaBA) and/or an RBT Requirements Coordinator, who is responsible for all work an RBT performs.
The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst® (BCaBA®) is an undergraduate-level certification in behavior analysis. Professionals certified at the BCaBA level provide behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®).
Professionals certified at the BCaBA level may not provide behavior-analytic services without the supervision of a BCBA. BCaBAs may supervise the work of Registered Behavior Technicians® (RBTs®).
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) is a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis. Professionals certified at the BCBA level are independent practitioners who provide behavior-analytic services.
BCBAs may supervise the work of Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts® (BCaBAs®), Registered Behavior Technicians® (RBTs®), and other professionals who implement behavior-analytic interventions.

We are here to provide behavioral interventions in order to help improve social skills that would be beneficial for the child's future, from infancy through 21 years old. We'd like parents to understand the methods we're using and to know how to cope when we're not here. We will provide them with training and instruction in order to obtain knowledge of our techniques and develop their confidence that would help them whenever they need to apply the procedures themselves.
